About This Role
- Coordinate with customers and project management to define project milestones and implementation timelines.
- Develop, document, and maintain customer-centric business critical solutions including solution validation plans and training materials.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations and participate in QA, UAT, and production launch support activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with .NET, SQL Server, including writing complex SQL stored procedures, cursors, triggers, and indexes.
- Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements.
- Knowledge of clinical trial/pharmaceutical domain preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and supporting technical solutions in a production environment with a focus on customer engagement.
- Skilled in SQL reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and technical troubleshooting/documentation.
- Familiar with software development processes and validation documentation execution.
