About This Role
- Manage and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and related documents for actively managed asset classes to support new business growth and existing business maintenance.
- Ensure timely submission of RFP/RFI/DDQ questionnaires and maintain qualitative content database with accurate information.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and lead strategic initiatives to improve processes and enhance delivery efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in RFP for a global asset management firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field and/or MBA (Finance).
- Strong skills in English writing, editing, Excel, and analytical data management.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid model requiring at least 3 days in-office per week; full-time role with working hours 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

- Experienced in institutional RFP writing for active asset management strategies with proven ability to manage complex processes and multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving strategic initiatives and process improvements within financial services or asset management contexts.
- Skilled at collaborating across teams and maintaining detailed content databases such as Qvidian, to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery.
