About This Role
- Own forecasting, performance reporting, and commercial analysis for India business across multiple brands.
- Lead analysis of sales, inventory, assortment, and demand planning to identify risks, opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Partner with commercial, sales, and cross-functional teams to align performance insights with business planning and inventory management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Planning, Merchandising, Demand Planning, or Sales Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; familiarity with SAP, BI, Power BI, Databricks preferred.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.

- Experienced in end-to-end demand planning, sales and inventory performance analysis in a multi-brand commercial environment.
- Able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations and actionable insights to influence commercial decisions.
- Comfortable operating in international and cross-functional settings, collaborating with sales, marketing, controlling, and logistics teams.
