About This Role
- Lead Finance Business Partnering conversations with functional leaders across R&D, GTM, Customer Success, and G&A, owning budget, headcount, and spend discussions with independent judgment.
- Manage one Manager in Business Finance, review deliverables, and coach them to handle senior leadership interactions autonomously.
- Drive strategic financial analysis including unit economics and ROI assessment; proactively challenge assumptions and produce actionable recommendations for the Director and CFO.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Partnering, preferably in SaaS or high-growth technology sector.
- CA (1st Attempt) / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a Tier 1 institution.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead budget, headcount, or spend discussions with functional leaders and maintain credibility.
- Some experience managing or readiness to manage a direct report; strong modeling and analytical skills with proficiency using AI/automation tools for initial analysis.
