About This Role
- Lead Finance Business Partnering with R&D, GTM, Customer Success, and G&A leaders through budget, headcount planning, and spend optimization discussions.
- Own and defend business cases and project economics independently in front of functional and finance leadership.
- Manage one Manager, ensuring quality and readiness for senior leadership conversations; partner closely with Director – Strategic Finance on budget cycles and strategic analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or business partnering, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech.
- Professional qualifications: CA (1st Attempt), CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent from a Tier 1 institution.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead budget, headcount, or spend conversations with functional leaders and hold ground on financial assumptions.
- Some people-management experience or clear readiness to lead and develop a direct report.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable making independent, strategic finance recommendations to senior leaders and running business review conversations.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environments with cross-functional partnerships.
- Strong analytical modeling skills with an emphasis on judgment over production, leveraging AI/automation tools effectively.
