About This Role
- Lead business analysis and act as IT application owner for learning technologies within the HR function, managing end-to-end technology current and target state architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and vendor teams to identify risks, manage change, audit remediation, and ensure compliance with IT policies and governance.
- Manage vendor relationships including license and certificate maintenance, support new application onboarding and decommissioning, and oversee capacity, consumption, and performance management for HR IT applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience in relevant roles.
- Experience with learning technologies such as Cornerstone on Demand, Coursera, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and related technology data flows and dependencies.
- Proficient with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and risk management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders in complex virtual, multi-vendor, and multi-cultural environments.
- Skilled in detailed business analysis and documentation with ability to deconstruct complex workflows critically.
- Able to self-manage workload with clear and timely communication and reporting to stakeholders.
