About This Role
- Validate and ensure software quality, reliability, and safety for Train Control Office Suite products.
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, integration, regression, and automation tests aligning with feature requirements and risk assessments.
- Collaborate across teams to improve test coverage, automation frameworks, and CI/CD testing processes while managing defect lifecycle and quality metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or equivalent STEM field.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in manual and automation testing of enterprise-grade software products.
- Proficiency with API and UI automation tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Rally, Azure DevOps; working knowledge of SQL and multiple OS environments (Linux/Unix/QNX and Windows).

- Experienced QA engineer with a strong focus on automation framework creation and maintenance and CI/CD integration for continuous testing.
- Proficient in translating complex requirements into detailed, maintainable test cases emphasizing reliability and risk management for critical software.
