About This Role
- Support Sales team in acquiring and onboarding merchants for Payment Gateway and payment solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and understand merchant business models and payment requirements.
- Handle RFP/RFI responses and technical/product discussions to convert opportunities into successful merchant wins.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in FinTech, Payment Gateway, Banking, SaaS or B2B Technology.
- Strong understanding of digital payments including payment gateways, UPI, cards, net banking, payment APIs, settlements, refunds, reconciliation, fraud/risk, and merchant onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 2–6 years (explicitly mentioned)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Payment Gateway or Payment Aggregator sales or pre-sales preferred.
- Exposure to working with enterprise merchants is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Technology and Risk teams and strong stakeholder management skills.
