About This Role
- Publish and schedule approved digital content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram channels adhering to a master content calendar.
- Engage with audiences by monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and identify enquiries for referral to sales or CRM teams.
- Maintain digital asset organization, publishing trackers, and submit daily reports while managing error correction and compliance issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-1 year experience; freshers with strong computer and social media skills are eligible.
- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Location: Must be from Kerala; work from office in Kochi.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Instagram, Facebook (Meta Business Suite), Google Drive, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Web, Telegram, basic Canva, and internet research.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and able to strictly follow schedules and standard operating procedures for content publishing.
- Comfortable managing multiple social media platforms and handling community engagement consistently.
- Capable of organizing digital files and tracking publishing metrics effectively, with a willingness to learn new digital tools.
