About This Role
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC software for Hydraulic Power Units and Fire Suppression Systems using Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000.
- Configure and support HMI/SCADA applications including WinCC, WinCC Unified, and FactoryTalk across supplier facilities, JCI sites, and project locations.
- Execute and support FAT, iFAT, SAT, commissioning activities, and provide operational support including troubleshooting control systems and implementing control sequences.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Automation, Control, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on PLC programming experience.
- Mandatory experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000.
- Experience with FAT, iFAT, SAT, commissioning activities, and knowledge of industrial communication protocols like Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on automation roles within industrial or safety-critical environments, preferably with Fire Suppression, Oil & Gas, Marine, or Offshore exposure.
- Capable of independently handling control philosophies, Cause & Effect matrices, interlocks, alarms, and safety shutdowns.
- Comfortable with travel across UK, Turkey, and Vietnam to support commissioning, testing, and project delivery.
