About This Role
- Own the end-to-end transition life cycle for strategic initiatives within Business Operations.
- Develop and drive detailed transition plans including milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage cross-functional global/regional teams to deliver transitions ensuring adherence to methodology, compliance, and realization of business value.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience including proven transition management or consultancy in shared services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or project management-related field.
- Fluency in English required.
- 50% remote role based in Hyderabad; no travel expected.
