About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for assigned commercial property, including implementation and maintenance of building procedures and performance measures.
- Manage site financial operations, including budgeting and coordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing facilities-related concerns and ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing a property, preferably commercial.
- Experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and vendor management.
- Work location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
