About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of the Design & Construction Project Intake platform, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business needs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Manage customer complaints and platform defect resolution within SLAs, translating feedback into technical improvements and product backlog prioritization.
- Develop new features, maintain APIs and integrations, build dashboards for intake KPIs, and implement AI-enabled automation to optimize intake workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or technical product management within corporate real estate, facilities management, design & construction, or professional services.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java, with experience in web app development, API design, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with ticketing systems (SIM, Jira, ServiceNow or equivalent) for customer issue management within SLA targets.
- On-site requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaint management and translate user feedback into actionable product improvements in a technical product environment.
- Experience leveraging AI/ML tools such as Amazon Quick Suite or internal NLP/ML platforms to build intelligent automation into software products.
- Strong skills in dashboard development and data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI) to drive operational decision-making and storytelling with data.
