About This Role
- Manage and maintain the Design & Construction Project Intake platform, including resolving customer-reported issues and ensuring platform stability and performance across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Own the full product lifecycle from triaging defects, shipping enhancements, to developing AI-enabled feature upgrades and dashboard visualizations that improve intake workflows and data accuracy.
- Lead communication and change management with customers and stakeholders by providing clear updates, release notes, and training materials about platform changes and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of software development, platform engineering, or technical product management experience, preferably in corporate real estate, facilities management, design & construction, or professional services.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java with experience in web app development, API design, and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience managing customer issues using ticketing systems (e.g., SIM, Jira, ServiceNow) with ability to resolve within SLAs.
- On-site work requirement in Hyderabad, Telangana, India; weekly working hours of 48.

- Experience working at the intersection of software engineering, customer support, and product delivery in a global environment covering AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Demonstrated capability in leveraging AI tools (Amazon Q, Quick Suite, internal ML/NLP platforms) to build automation and intelligence into technical platforms.
- Skilled in developing interactive dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights for operational and executive leadership within project controls or related domains.
