About This Role
- Manage issue identification, entry, monitoring, and reporting within the Risk Management GRC system to ensure adherence to program requirements.
- Collaborate with Control & Practice Managers and business stakeholders to escalate risk/control matters and participate in risk assessments such as RCSA and risk control testing.
- Support control program governance, metrics, reporting, and risk-based control reviews, including root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools; ServiceNow IRM preferred.
- Relevant experience in banking or regulated financial services organizations in risk, control, governance, audit, compliance, or testing roles preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field is preferable.
