About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level/support BPO positions pan India, across all hierarchies and verticals.
- Meet monthly individual recruitment targets with 100% on-time delivery for all hiring requests.
- Develop and implement low-cost recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases and reports, and coordinate with consultants and institutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Graduation in any stream is required.
- Location: Bangalore (MTP C4, 3rd Floor).
- Experience with recruitment tools like Workday is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in high-volume BPO or support hiring environment across multiple levels.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute recruitment plans independently within tight timelines.
- Comfortable working with data management, maintaining detailed reports, and using diverse sourcing techniques including social media and job portals.
