About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable, secure full-stack enterprise applications using Java frameworks and modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into microservices and API-driven technical solutions with high availability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, automate CI/CD pipelines, and maintain comprehensive documentation supporting enterprise system reliability and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in developing and supporting full-stack enterprise applications with Java-based frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Java (LTS versions 11 or 17), Spring Boot/MVC, Hibernate, and front-end technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with scalable microservices architecture and RESTful APIs; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization is preferred but not mandatory.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade applications integrating back-end and front-end technologies.
- Experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or enterprise) with knowledge of compliance and security standards.
- Experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and supporting CI/CD automation in agile environments.
