About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements focused on US Healthcare domain datasets (claims, eligibility, provider, etc.).
- Define business processes and functional specifications, support dashboard/reporting development using Power BI or Tableau tied to business KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to validate data, troubleshoot issues and document lineage and business rules for analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain including Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, Benefits.
- Hands-on SQL expertise mandatory.
- Education: MBA mandatory; BE/BTech also mentioned but MBA is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in IT Business Analysis within US Healthcare data domains, comfortable interfacing across business and technology teams.
- Capable in data discovery and analytics with practical skills in Power BI or Tableau development.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and translating complex healthcare business requirements into technical specifications.
