About This Role
- Manage end-to-end processing and monitoring of equity, debt, mutual fund, and capital market transactions including trade confirmation, clearing, and settlement.
- Perform daily reconciliations of securities, cash, and depository accounts, and resolve operational breaks and exceptions within defined turnaround times.
- Coordinate with external entities like exchanges, custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and compliance with SEBI and other regulatory policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Capital Market Operations.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Knowledge and experience with Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, Depository Operations, Settlement processes, NSDL, CDSL, Clearing Corporations, and Exchange operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling operational aspects of capital market transactions with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Familiar with regulatory compliance and audit processes in capital market operations.
- Capable of managing coordination with multiple stakeholders including exchanges, custodians, brokers, and regulators to ensure timely resolution and settlement.
