About This Role
- Maximize effectiveness of the organisation's supply chain through comprehensive knowledge and execution of complex or specialized projects.
- Supervise or guide less experienced personnel while acting as an advanced supply specialist in areas including logistics control, supply, and transportation.
- Lead formulation and evaluation of complex marketing programs and contribute to annual profit planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Associates Degree or equivalent (approximately 13 years of education).
- Capability to handle complex or specialized supply chain projects independently.
- May have decision-making authority on personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in logistics control, supply, transportation, or related supply chain disciplines with broad business and technical problem-solving skills.
- Able to lead projects and guide junior staff effectively within a supply chain environment.
- Proven track record in contributing to profit planning and marketing program evaluation in a supply chain context.
