About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of global mobility programs including international assignments and relocations.
- Coordinate relocation services, immigration compliance, and vendor management ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
- Support reporting and data management related to mobility chargebacks, immigration, tax, and relocation milestones, and assist with global mobility projects and system enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Psychology, or related field).
- 1-2 years experience in HR, Shared Services, Customer Service, and/or Mobility.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong English language skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.

- Experienced in coordinating and supporting global mobility or HR operational processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical with attention to detail for managing compliance, data accuracy, and reporting.
- Capable of working in an international, cross-functional environment with timely follow-up on mobility-related actions.
