About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operational performance and daily deliverables in Debt security lifecycle within Trust & Securities Services.
- Lead and coordinate teams, conduct daily calls with business partners, resolve ad-hoc issues and client queries timely, ensuring process compliance and operational control.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, partner with IT on system issues and enhancements, maintain SOPs and operational documentation to audit standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related subject or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in financial operations or related domain.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel; good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across multiple departments and external clients.
