About This Role
- Manage and oversee debt security lifecycle operations within Trust & Securities Services (TSS) ensuring day-to-day operational performance aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance market practices, execute process improvements, and support operational readiness for diverse debt products including complex structured transactions.
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and ensuring adherence to compliance, internal controls, and audit standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 0 to 4+ years of relevant experience in debt security operations or related financial services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel; experience with AI tools to optimize workflows is required.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts; strong compliance and operational risk management adherence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally focused with experience managing end-to-end debt security lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance in a regulated financial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple stakeholders including business, IT, and clients to drive process reengineering and technology enhancements.
- Capable of leading and developing teams with strong communication, people management, and performance coaching skills in a fast-paced, high transaction volume setting.
