About This Role
- Manage debt security lifecycle operations within Trust & Securities Services (TSS) to ensure operational performance and compliance with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to address ad-hoc issues, client queries, and improve market practices and platform functionalities.
- Lead process improvements, maintain standard operating procedures, and partner with IT for system issues and enhancements while coaching and mentoring team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related subject or equivalent work experience.
- 0 to 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in debt capital markets operations or related financial services domain.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to oversee team performance and development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, drive process improvements, and collaborate across departments including IT.
