About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based automated testing frameworks for Spring Boot microservices and APIs.
- Validate microservices functionality, service integrations, and application behavior in Kubernetes environments including migration verification.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and drive automation coverage, test reliability, and production readiness assessments.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software testing experience with hands-on test automation development using Java.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot microservices architecture, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and associated testing techniques.
- Experience with Java automation tools such as REST Assured, JUnit/TestNG, Mockito, and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with backend data validation; experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and test reporting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing distributed Java microservices and designing automation frameworks for complex applications.
- Proficient in Kubernetes and Docker-based application validation, including testing during migration and regional rollouts.
- Knowledgeable in integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams for quality assurance in financial services or similar domains.
