About This Role
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers integrating devices, SDKs, cloud services, and APIs.
- Own issue resolution end-to-end including reproduction, root cause analysis, fix validation, and closure for device and cloud issues.
- Use debugging techniques on microservices-based cloud systems, REST APIs, and analyze logs, metrics with ELK stack; improve processes with AI-assisted tools and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years software/application engineering experience, OR Master's with 1+ year experience, OR PhD in relevant fields.
- 3 to 6 years of work experience; specifically 5+ years in embedded systems, IoT, cloud platforms, or distributed systems required.
- Strong programming experience in Java (backend) with knowledge of full-stack concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, microservices architectures, cloud-native services, distributed systems, and debugging with ELK or similar stacks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in embedded, IoT, and cloud distributed systems with ability to handle device-to-cloud technical issues end-to-end.
- Comfortable working with microservices, REST APIs, and production support using logs and metrics analysis.
- Skilled in translating complex technical problems into actionable feedback and using AI-assisted tooling to improve investigation and documentation efficiencies.
