About This Role
- Design, write, and execute automated test scripts for core mission-critical applications using Java with Playwright/Selenium.
- Partner with product, development, and QA teams to define test cases, prioritize defects, and investigate software issues resulting from testing.
- Leverage and maintain automated test frameworks including API testing (manual and automation) to support CI/CD environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of software development and/or automated testing experience.
- Proficiency in Java with Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks; knowledge of TestNG, RestAssured for API testing.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with agile development practices, DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins), and AI-assisted test automation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end automated testing within agile, collaborative environments focusing on delivering robust, scalable test suites.
- Familiar with modern API testing approaches and integration within continuous integration pipelines.
- Skilled in using AI tools to enhance test script design, debugging, and productivity, with exposure to AI-powered application testing such as LLMs and conversational AI.
