- Support migration, upgrades, and rollback through repeatable evidence and clear exit criteria; coach automation engineers and partner with developers early.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years in quality engineering or software automation with ownership of automation for a substantial product area.
- Proficient in automation programming using TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python, or comparable languages; experience with UI, API, GraphQL, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with SQL/data validation, REST/SOAP integration, CI/CD, containerisation, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
- Degree or equivalent experience in computing, engineering, or related discipline; professional English required for global collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer- and migration-risk focused automation within SaaS or cloud-operable transformation programs, ideally with Sage X3 domain knowledge.
- Strong capability in integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable quality gates and actionable evidence.
- Good communicator across time zones, able to explain quality risks and evidence clearly and collaborate with global teams including product, architecture, and support.
