About This Role
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cucumber to validate software quality.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines leveraging AWS, Docker, Kubernetes for continuous testing and release validation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with hands-on Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot programming languages and automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber.
- Experience with API testing (Postman/Bruno), cloud (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and executing automated test frameworks in Agile/Scrum environments focusing on integration with DevOps pipelines.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tools for daily testing activities and improving automation strategies.
- Able to provide technical leadership and mentoring within the quality assurance team while actively contributing to process improvements.
