About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, container orchestration, and developer enablement platforms.
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and governance for source code repositories, Kubernetes environments, and deployment workflows across development, test, and production.
- Lead technical collaboration with development teams, drive continuous platform improvements, coordinate production readiness, and mentor engineers on DevOps best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in analysis and technology or software engineering roles.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; equivalent tech experience or certifications accepted.
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub (repository management, branching strategies, GitHub Actions CI workflows).
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, Linux administration, CI/CD pipeline creation and troubleshooting, and artifact repository management (specifically JFrog Artifactory & Xray).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Senior DevOps or Platform Engineer comfortable balancing hands-on platform engineering with technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep expertise managing enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines and containerized/cloud-native environments within Agile, cross-functional teams.
- Strong operational mindset with proven ability to lead incident management, root cause analysis, release orchestration, and mentorship of engineers to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
