About This Role
- Engineer and maintain high performance, secure software solutions within a feature team.
- Produce complex, critical software rapidly with full lifecycle responsibility from development through deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts to optimize software engineering capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Python backend development experience building production-grade REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
- Strong experience with MongoDB and AWS including data modelling, cloud deployment, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting.
- Solid engineering practices with Git, CI/CD, testing, Docker, API security, monitoring, and production support with strong delivery ownership.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant software engineering roles.

- Experienced in solving highly complex analytical and numerical problems relevant to backend development.
- Proficient in programming best practices focusing on scalability, automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availability, and performance.
- Operates effectively within permanent feature teams with full software lifecycle accountability.
