About This Role
- Design, develop, and scale core backend product features with end-to-end ownership of modules.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and influence technical and architecture decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies and solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres), MongoDB, Web Services, and microservices architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable and distributed backend systems in product-based, internet, or startup environments.
- Capable of taking full module ownership from design through deployment and support.
- Preferably has domain experience in e-commerce or travel, indicating relevance to product focus and user base.
