About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions with accountability for robust pipelines and code deployments across environments.
- Lead full project lifecycle management including estimation, planning, execution, and performance tracking of deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with global, cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into effective product decisions and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of product management experience with ownership of product decisions (not just backlog management).
- Experience building functional prototypes using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Degree in BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) or equivalent from accredited university.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous problems into clear, testable product hypotheses and critically assess product value delivery.
- Experience partnering integrally with experience design and engineering teams and working directly with senior client stakeholders in consulting or agency contexts.
- Strong critical thinking under ambiguity and excellent documentation skills capable of identifying structural gaps in reasoning.
