About This Role
- Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions as part of the 1CX AI initiative, including building PoCs and AI-enabled engineering accelerators.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) and AI services with enterprise applications and engineering toolchains.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement and operationalize AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, and AI/ML integration.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred locations: Chennai or Bangalore; hybrid work mode.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud AI services such as Azure, OpenAI, or AWS for integration and deployment.
- Familiar with DevOps practices and enterprise engineering environments to facilitate operational AI solutions.
- Capable of working across technical and functional teams in complex, senior-led transformation projects.
