About This Role
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of software products and projects, meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Coordinate and manage release schedules, content, and cross-team efforts, including planning release windows across a portfolio.
- Lead Go-Live activities, manage risks affecting release scope, and continuously improve release processes including automation tool development.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years experience in release management, software development, and project/product management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Experience managing complex technical projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications in project or release management: advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end software release lifecycles and deployments in complex technical environments.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple teams across locations and managing dependencies and risks affecting release scope and schedule.
- Capable of driving process improvements and automation within release and deployment practices.
