About This Role
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management for personal loan products including launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities in personal loans.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Campaigns, Risk, Operations, and IT to drive product strategies and improve KPIs through campaigns and performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in product management or related fields.
- Must be willing to work on-site at Kotak Bank Goregaon office (5 days a week).
- Educational Qualification: Technical Graduate required; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills.

- Experienced in product management, campaign management, or market research within financial services, particularly personal loans.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented with a good understanding of customer needs and personal loan market dynamics.
