About This Role
- Own architecture, reliability, performance, security, and lifecycle of Oracle E-Business Suite database platforms in Oracle Cloud supporting 24x7 global sites.
- Lead and mentor the Oracle EBS DBA vendor team while partnering with Application Operations, Product Development, and Infrastructure to deliver highly available, secure, cost-effective EBS DBA services and advance best practices.
- Manage data governance, issue management processes, implement digital technology products, reduce operational cycle time via automation, and participate in budget and financial planning activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional technical experience in Architecture, Software, or IT.
- At least 7 years hands-on experience as Oracle Application DBA for e-Business Suite platforms, including 5 years leading EBS DBA support/projects for large Oracle ERP.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM major.
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and managing 24x7 global ERP environments.

- Experienced leader with strong process orientation and collaborative working style to accelerate digital platform implementation in large global ERP environments.
- Technical expert in Oracle EBS 12.2.3+, including installations, configuration, patching, backup/restore, maximum availability architecture, and integrations.
- Operates with business acumen, able to influence executives and cross-functional teams, and skilled in digitizing operations and change management in large IT environments.
