About This Role
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of personal loan products from ideation to release, including continuous improvement based on user feedback.
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to define and prioritize product features aligned with market trends and user needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, and technology teams to ensure requirement alignment and timely feature delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time MBA degree mandatory.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in BFSI/Fintech domain.
- Location requirement: Goregaon, Mumbai (Kotak Infiniti).
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills are required.

- Experience managing personal loan or related financial products in BFSI or Fintech environment likely preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data for actionable business insights and drive product improvements.
- Proven skill in collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders to align product vision and meet delivery timelines.
