About This Role
- Own and manage test scope for each customer upgrade including identifying and resolving business gaps between new releases and customer processes.
- Lead customer walkthroughs and demos of release delta features, supporting UAT and addressing functional questions.
- Oversee issue triage during testing, ensure go-live readiness, communicate risks to customers and leadership, and mentor analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years as a business or functional analyst in enterprise software, ideally SaaS, pricing, rebate or contract management.
- Proven experience leading UAT and customer upgrade testing from planning through go-live.
- Strong knowledge of finance workflows including invoicing, rebates, chargebacks, and payments.
- Proficiency with Jira and ticket-based support processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance-related enterprise software deployment and customer upgrade cycles.
- Capable presenter with skills in communicating complex technical and business information to senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading small teams and working across time zones.
