About This Role
- Lead and manage day-to-day on-site facility operations for the assigned property, ensuring maintenance and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for facility management services, overseeing vendor/team performance and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage site financials including budgets and contracts, ensuring quality delivery aligned with contractual and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in managing facility/property operations.
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Experience with both technical facility systems (e.g., CRAC, chiller, fire protection, M&E, BMS) and soft services.
- On-site work location: Vadodara, Gujarat; Work schedule: 6 days/week, general shift.

- Experienced in commercial contract management and budget control within facility management contexts.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to plan proactively and apply quantitative problem-solving methods.
- Effective communicator with vendor management and team leadership experience, able to foster professional client and stakeholder relationships.
