About This Role
- Manage end-to-end intake of D&C project requests across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring prioritization and routing to appropriate teams within specified SLA targets.
- Validate completeness and quality of project intake information, resolve routing conflicts, and ensure seamless handoffs to project execution teams.
- Lead stakeholder coordination and reporting on intake volume, performance metrics, and process improvements to optimize intake operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, coordination, or related roles in corporate real estate, facilities management, design and construction, or professional services.
- Must be located onsite in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, and project management/workflow software; AI-tools usage preferred.
- Experience managing multi-team workflows and process improvement initiatives is essential.
