About This Role
- Lead development of high-impact casino slot games for multiple markets and cabinets, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with technical leads, game designers, and cross-functional teams to implement complex game features, integrating arts and mathematics.
- Own troubleshooting, optimization, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining compliance with market-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++ (including C++11/14) programming under Linux with solid understanding of OOP, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with full software/project lifecycle: specifications, architecture, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with SVN/Perforce/Coverity, build automation tools like Bamboo, and defect tracking systems such as JIRA.

- Experienced in leading technically complex game development projects with multiple stakeholders and high-impact delivery.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced team environments requiring cross-disciplinary collaboration (designers, artists, mathematicians).
