About This Role
- Manage and ensure operational performance and day-to-day deliverables in Debt security lifecycle operations aligned with business goals.
- Lead and coordinate daily calls with business/onshore teams; address client queries and ad-hoc issues ensuring timely communication closure.
- Drive process improvement, system enhancements in partnership with IT, and ensure compliance with operational controls and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related subject or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in debt security lifecycle or related operations.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and strong communication skills.

- Experienced operations professional with strong leadership, people management, and communication skills at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure, and lead process improvements collaborating with IT and business teams.
- Familiarity with transactional banking products, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management in financial services.
