About This Role
- Manage the Debt security lifecycle operations within Trust & Securities Services (TSS) to ensure operational performance and delivery aligned with business goals.
- Lead daily coordination with business and onshore teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth process functioning, including addressing ad-hoc issues and client queries promptly.
- Drive process improvement and compliance adherence, lead team performance management, and partner with IT on system enhancements and requirements gathering.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related subject or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in securities operations or related field.
- Ability to work rotational shifts as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and strong communication skills.
