About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operational performance and deliverables in Debt security lifecycle operations within TSS Operations.
- Lead team activities, including daily calls with business/onshore partners to ensure smooth process execution and timely resolution of ad-hoc client issues.
- Drive process improvements, compliance adherence, and collaborate extensively with IT for system enhancements and requirements management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in operations or related domain.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experienced in managing operational teams with strong leadership, people management, and communication skills at senior level.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, operational risk, and process reengineering within financial services operations.
