About This Role
- Manage and ensure operational performance of Debt security lifecycle and Trade/Transaction processes within TSS Operations, supporting diverse debt products and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, onshore business, and external clients to meet business goals, address client queries timely, and maintain compliance with operational controls and external regulations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, update standard operating procedures, and partner with IT for system enhancements to drive operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related subject or equivalent work experience.
- 0 to 4+ years of relevant experience in debt securities or financial operations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong skills in communication, MS Office (especially Excel), and ability to use AI tools for productivity improvements.

- Experience in operational roles within debt capital markets or financial services, handling diverse and complex transactions.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders and continuous process improvements.
