About This Role
- Manage the operational performance and day-to-day deliverables of Debt security lifecycle operations within TSS focusing on Trade and Transaction processes.
- Lead teams including coaching, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and handling client queries and ad-hoc issues timely to ensure smooth process functioning.
- Drive process improvement and collaborate with IT for system changes, enhancements, and execution to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related subject or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in operations, preferably in trust and securities services or debt capital markets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel; strong communication skills.

- Experienced in managing high-volume transactional operations with a focus on risk, process, and people management in financial services.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, performance coaching, and stakeholder collaboration including cross-department and IT partnerships.
