About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operational performance and deliverables in Debt security lifecycle operations aligned with business goals.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams and onshore business for smooth process functioning, addressing ad-hoc client issues and queries timely.
- Drive process improvement, compliance adherence, team coaching, and partner extensively with IT for system enhancements and requirements management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in operations or financial services.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
