About This Role
- Manage the Debt security lifecycle operations and ensure smooth day-to-day operational performance aligned with business goals.
- Liaise with internal teams, onshore business, and external clients to address queries, manage process requirements, and update operating procedures to audit standards.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements in partnership with IT, and lead people management including coaching, performance reviews, and motivation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 0 to 4+ years of relevant work experience in debt securities or related financial operations.
- Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing operational performance and end-to-end debt capital markets transaction processes.
- Comfortable handling process redesign, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration, including IT partnerships for system enhancements.
- Capable of leading teams with strong people management skills and driving operational excellence under high-volume, detail-oriented conditions.
