About This Role
- Manage and be accountable for day-to-day operational performance and deliverables in Debt security lifecycle operations within TSS Operations.
- Lead internal and external stakeholder communications, including daily calls with onshore business to ensure process smoothness and timely resolution of ad-hoc issues and client queries.
- Drive process improvement and partner with IT for system enhancements, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in financial services or related operations.
- Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong communication skills required.
